About us & what we offer

We offer a wide range of psychological services, namely individual, couples, and family therapy, group intervention, personal and professional development, psychoeducation, medico-legal and Employee wellness programs and coperate and organizational talks on mental health matters.

We offer free psycho-education through our YouTube channel @Wellifehub Inc. Through our affiliation with SADAG ( The South African Anxiety and Depression group), the practice runs free monthly support groups in collaboration with SADAG

We do on-site consultations at hospitals, schools, retirement homes, and home visits in any emergency situation surcharge applicable.
